Privacy Policy
A plain-language overview of what PrepSignals may collect, why it is used, and where third-party services fit in.
Summary
PrepSignals uses information to operate the website, deliver requested resources, protect forms from abuse, measure site use when you allow Analytics, and support affiliate referrals. Optional Analytics and Advertising are off until you choose them in Privacy settings. Emergency Kit Builder answers are stored in your browser and are not sent to PrepSignals for the recommendation.
Email signup
As of October 23, 2026, the PrepSignals email signup controls are disabled. The Cloudflare Pages Worker rejects signup requests without forwarding the email address to any provider; no email or subscription request is made, and the printable checklist remains available for direct download. A Brevo integration is being prepared but is not active. If later enabled after account setup and owner approval, the checklist request would be sent to Brevo for transactional delivery; a separate, optional unchecked checkbox would request a double-opt-in newsletter confirmation. A visitor would not be subscribed until they confirm. A separately hosted legacy signup page at go.prepsignals.com was present in historical configuration; it is not the active PrepSignals site flow or an approved fallback, and its current tracking behavior has not been rechecked.
Analytics and advertising choices
If you allow Analytics, PrepSignals may use Google Analytics 4 and first-party measurement for page interactions, campaign visits, and affiliate-link clicks. If you allow Advertising, Google Ads tags may use advertising-related measurement and storage. The site stores the two category choices in this browser so they can be remembered and changed through Privacy settings. No Google tag is loaded before the applicable choice. The active Google account configuration and any advertising campaigns were not inspected for this policy update.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links include referral identifiers. A retailer or affiliate network may receive the referral information when you choose a link and may use its own cookies or similar technologies. PrepSignals may earn a commission if you buy through a qualifying link. The site’s own affiliate-click measurement is off unless you allow Analytics.

Information and local storage
The site may process the email address you submit for a checklist, the page and campaign paths used for site measurement when Analytics is allowed, and technical request information needed to serve pages and limit form abuse. The Kit Builder stores household answers in local browser storage so you can resume the plan; it advises visitors not to enter names, diagnoses, or private medical details. Privacy choices are stored in browser local storage and can be changed at any time using the Privacy settings control.
Services
Cloudflare Pages and its Worker provide site delivery and the checklist form endpoint. The current Codex-owned Worker source rejects email signup requests without provider forwarding. A prospective Brevo flow is prepared locally but has not been enabled or deployed. When Analytics is allowed, the site may send usage and affiliate-click measurements to Google Analytics 4 and record limited attribution events through its Cloudflare Worker and optional D1 binding. When Advertising is allowed, Google Ads tags may process advertising measurement. Amazon, ClickBank, and other merchants or affiliate networks receive information when you follow their links. Their own privacy terms apply after you leave PrepSignals.
Cookies and preferences
PrepSignals saves Analytics and Advertising choices in local storage in this browser; it does not set a cookie to save these choices. Google measurement tags are held until the relevant choice is allowed. Merchants and third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies after you choose their services or links. Browser controls can also limit or clear local storage and cookies; clearing saved preferences may cause the choice panel to appear again.
Data sharing and retention
PrepSignals does not sell email addresses. Email addresses are processed by the hosting/form and email-delivery providers described above. Provider retention settings, Cloudflare request-log retention, and the current D1 event-retention schedule were not available for verification during this update. The browser preference record remains until it is changed or cleared. Contact PrepSignals for questions about a checklist email or data request.
Security and children
No website can guarantee perfect security. Do not send passwords, medical records, financial account numbers, or other sensitive information through ordinary forms or email. PrepSignals is not directed to children.
Changes
This policy describes the site’s observed source configuration as of October 23, 2026. It is a technical disclosure draft and is not a determination of legal compliance. It should be reviewed by the owner and qualified counsel for the audiences and jurisdictions served, and updated when providers or practices change.
